Our Shipping Guidelines

Orders placed by 2:00 PM CST Monday to Friday and paid by credit card or Paypal immediate payment will be scheduled to be shipped the same business day. Shipment for these orders will be guaranteed within one business day. If payment is made by check or e-check orders will be shipped as soon as the check has cleared (usually about three business days).

Products will be accepted for refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product. All returned items must be in the same new condition in which they were received with product tags still attached. To return an item please call our toll free line 1-866-998-BABY to get a Return Authorization Number. This number should be written on the outside of the return package.
